Brief description of the system

The system is based on reading of the RFId TAG incorporated into the helmet using special antennas.
The process involves the following flow:
The customer goes to the cash desk and collects the helmet after registration on the program, leaving a document of identity if necessary.customer goes for dressing and briefing, in accordance with the park safety regulations.customer has free access to the circuits, completing them as many times as he or she wishes.customer returns the helmet to the cash desk, where the operator uses the special reader to read the helmet tag and the Jungle Track system to calculate the number of times the customer has completed the circuits or the time of use and the relative price on the basis of the preloaded price lists.

Benefits of the system

• The customer does not need to decide beforehand how many circuits to complete or how long to stay in the park.
• Payment is made on returning the helmet and may be made by each customer singly or in a single payment once all the customers in a group have returned. This greatly reduces the time needed for payment operations and consequently the queue at the cash-desk.
• Elimination of personnel checking tickets at the start of the circuits.
• In the solution based on the number of circuits, traceability of the effective use of the circuits and the helmets, with consequent assessment of the need for any preventive maintenance.
• Detailed reports on the number of circuits and type of customers who use the park.
• Minimum environmental impact, since the antennas in the number of circuits solution are installed on the trees and camouflaged.
• Possibility of extending use of the RFId tag, already incorporated into the helmet, to other applications linked to safety of the circuit, in order to assist access for the differently abled (acoustic signals when the customer goes past, information displays, etc.).

Benefits in terms of safety

• It is possible to check that the customer has attended the briefing and has effectively taken the trial circuit, certifying electronically, as well as on paper, through a signature on the release document, that they have been trained by the personnel responsible for this.
