TIME SOLUTION
FancyMountain
Adventure park on Mount Alben, the Zambla Pass.
Management of circuits completed on a time basis: the customer pays on the basis of the amount of time spent in the park.
It is possible to incorporate a telepass-type control into the system in the briefing area.
In this case, the time of use of the equipment is calculated starting from the end of the briefing.
This option is certainly advantageous for the customer, who only pays for the effective time of use of the equipment, and for the park operator, who is protected, for purposes of safety regulations, by the electronic certification on training having been received by the customer.
In addition, it is possible to enrich the paper document signed by the customer at the cash-desk with the electronic evidence of briefing having been attended.
With the Time solution, the customer has the incentive to return the equipment as soon as the circuits are completed, allowing the park operator the possibility of giving it to another customer.
SOLUTION BASED ON THE NUMBER AND TYPE OF CIRCUITS
Larix Park Livigno
Larix Adventure Park, Livigno.
Management of accesses based on the number of circuits.
The customer collects the helmet from the cash-desk, registers and pays at the end on the basis of the number of circuits completed.
The antennas positioned on the trees at the start of each circuit pick up number of times the helmet of each customer goes past, without them having to perform any operation. (The “telepass” on the trees).
At the cash-desk, the operator reads the tag on the helmet using the special RFId reader and the program calculates the price on the basis of the circuits completed by the customer.
The park’s price list may be defined in a highly flexible way, giving each circuit a different price or creating an infinite number of combinations with a price defined for each of them.
The advantage of the Jungle Track system is that the customer does not need to decide in advance, but can decide the circuits to complete in the most inexpensive and convenient manner after reading the price list.
Management by number of circuits allows the operator to differentiate considerably the cost of the various circuits on the basis of the time required for each of them. It also allows monitoring of effective use of the circuits, in order to define an appropriate price policy each year and to understand which ones are effectively popular with customers.
